Robot Motion Trajectory Planning and Simulation Analysis in Mechanical Engineering
Authors
Abstract
In this paper, robot motion trajectory planning in mechanical engineering is designed, and the structural characteristics of industrial robots in mechanical engineering are discussed. In the kinematics part, the DH modeling method is introduced to construct the mathematical model of the industrial robot, and its forward and reverse kinematics are analyzed. In the part of robot trajectory planning in mechanical engineering, the TEB local path algorithm is used to plan global routes, generate discrete-time based path points, and realize efficient and smooth path planning by optimizing the time allocation and smoothness of robot motion trajectories. Simulation analysis reveals that the angular acceleration is in the range of $2.5\text{--}21.5\ \text{mm}^2/\text{s}$. The optimal trajectory planning results are obtained at $y=0.4$. Through the planning and simulation analysis in this paper, we aim to provide scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for the motion trajectory planning of industrial robots, and promote the further development of robotics in mechanical engineering.
