Nowadays, web-based education systems are being run with usual structure content system. But, however one of the most important deficiency in the world is behavior of the students cannot be analyzed in web platform. System requirements, changes in users’ demand over time and open system design depend on changes in demands are important factors in order to achieve maximum performance from system at design of web-based distance education systems. In web-based education, the restructuring of courses or contrary pages with taking into account individual differences provide determination of individual needs and best way for adaptation of learners. Therefore data mining that parallel developed with web technologies emerges as a good tool to meet the needs in the ever-evolving distance education.
