Another Euler Constant: the Value of an Euler Integral
Authors
Abstract
We show many occurrences in various contexts of the constant
\( E_u := \frac{\pi}{2}\log 2 - \frac{\pi}{8}\zeta(3) = 2.507907542\ldots \).
Since this constant is related to an integral studied by Euler, we propose
to name it after Euler.
Keywords
Euler integral, Euler constants, Apéry constant.
