In several formulas of this paper, such as (2), (3), Line 3 of Page 20 and
Line 5 of Page 22, the expression \(x/\phi(d) \log x\) should be
\(\pi(x)/\varphi(d)\). This does not affect the proofs (where actually
correct expressions are used).
