Abstract

In this paper, a knowledge graph-based learning path recommendation method is designed for teaching piano group lessons in colleges and universities. Firstly, the construction framework of piano knowledge graph is designed according to four links: knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledge retrieval and reasoning, and visualization display. The piano knowledge map is integrated into the learning path recommendation model, combined with the learners’ cognitive characteristics for knowledge point path planning, and particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal path. The final experimental results show that the proposed method is optimal in terms of knowledge point order and learning efficiency relative to the Trans-CF algorithm model and the Ontology-CF algorithm model. After applying the model in practice, only 10% of the 50 surveyed learners did not improve their learning performance. The research results of this paper provide an important reference for theoretical research and technical implementation of personalized learning path recommendations for piano group lessons education.
