Abstract

This paper explores the path of improving English learners’ discourse organization ability and the assessment method, and constructs an English intelligent classroom teaching model based on deep learning theory. Then we analyze the effectiveness of the proposed method in the English classroom by conducting a questionnaire survey on the dimensions of learning interest and learning achievement. Finally, we use multiple regression analysis to analyze the relationship between English learners’ discourse organization ability and achievement, and explore the relationship between the two. After implementing this paper’s methodology in English teaching, English learners’ interest in learning increased, and there was a significant correlation between discourse organization ability and academic performance. In addition, the parameters and measures of discourse organization differentiated the achievement levels. This shows that the adoption of the English smart classroom teaching model based on deep learning proposed in this paper in English teaching has a positive impact on the learners’ interest in learning in terms of discourse organization skills.
