Student cadres are an important role in the management of students in colleges and universities, and they provide services and help for college students from academics to employment under the guidance of relevant teachers. In order to clarify the responsibilities of student cadres in college students’ employment and entrepreneurship safety, this paper compiles a set of student cadres’ public service level evaluation scale. At the same time, the structure of the scale is adjusted by combining the data of analyzing the service effect level of student cadres in a university, which is the main method to evaluate the public service level of student cadres. Next, this paper integrates 15 elements of college students’ employment and entrepreneurship security, designs survey experiments and carries out exploratory and validation factor analysis to get the correlation factors of college students’ employment and entrepreneurship security. Comprehensively above unfolds the investigation experiment of student cadres’ influence on college students’ employment and entrepreneurship security, in which the significant probability of student cadres’ public service level and employment and entrepreneurship security corresponds to P=0.000<0.001. The study points out that student cadres are the important maintainers of college students’ employment and entrepreneurship security.
