Abstract

This paper firstly selects Y county of a province as a survey sample, and gives a comprehensive analysis in combination with the current situation of the government information disclosure system and the existing specific problems. Then it constructs a government information disclosure mechanism combining closed-loop and open-ended. Then the Internet technology is introduced into the government supervision mechanism to improve the Internet supervision mode and workflow. Finally, the residents’ satisfaction with the service quality of the Internet supervision mechanism is analyzed. The study shows that the category of information that the public finds most desirable for the government to disclose is about the use of government funds. The proportion of the public’s knowledge about the three policies that benefit the public is low, at 7%, 9% and 12.5% respectively. And the information on government-related penalties has the highest degree of publicity, accounting for 30%. The significant increase in public satisfaction with the service quality of the Internet monitoring mechanism and the number of complaints decreased from 84 to 40.
