Research on Strategies for Enhancing Teachers’ Digital Resource Integration Capabilities with Artificial Intelligence Technology

Abstract

In the era of artificial intelligence, teachers’ digital resource integration ability profoundly affects the process of education digitization. This paper first summarizes the specific composition of teachers’ digital resource integration ability on the basis of existing research, and then uses the principal component analysis algorithm to excavate the influencing factors of teachers’ digital resource integration ability. Then, a multiple regression analysis model is used to analyze the specific influence mechanism between the variables. Finally, based on the results of the influencing factors analysis, the strategy of artificial intelligence to help teachers’ digital resource integration ability is proposed. By analyzing the influencing factor variables of teachers’ digital resource integration ability, three principal component factors of social environment constraints, school environment constraints, and personal constraints were extracted. There were significant correlations (p<0.01) between the three influencing factor variables and the dimensional variables of digital resource integration ability. And through multiple regression analysis, it can be seen that the dimensions of competence in digital resource integration ability and the three influencing factor variables present different mechanisms of action, which lays the foundation for the design of strategies to improve teachers’ digital resource integration ability.
