Abstract

This paper develops a digital humanities resource integration platform based on the local cultural heritage of southern China by utilizing the key technologies of digital humanities and combining the digital humanities resource integration framework. The usability of the platform is analyzed through a questionnaire survey. The fuzzy comprehensive judgment algorithm is then used to further evaluate the integration effect and sustainable utilization of the platform. Users’ opinions on the platform’s cultural communication and education, digital collection and display of cultural heritage, online interactive experience, personalized information recommendation, and virtual scene construction are “approved”. Virtual reality technology achieves the highest degree of communication of local cultural heritage in southern China, with 4.54%, and the integration effect of humanities resources is improved by 8.31%~23.10% compared with the traditional way after applying this platform. The sustainable utilization of this platform by the fuzzy algorithm is judged as “excellent”. This paper is of great significance for the long-term preservation and rational utilization of local cultural heritage in southern China.
