Abstract

Optimizing training movements of basketball players can improve the game performance of basketball. The article firstly set up the human femur stress distribution model through Mimics and Ansus software, analyzed the mechanical indexes such as the bone volume fraction of femoral head trabeculae under different force directions, and adjusted the pitching postures according to the mechanical indexes to complete the optimization training of basketball players’ pitching target technology. Subsequently, simulation experiments were carried out on the model, and the core strength training program was proposed according to the experimental results, and 20 male basketball players from a university were selected as the research subjects to carry out core strength training. The results show that the finite element model proposed in this paper can adjust the model parameters according to the actual situation of basketball players, and quickly get the shooting trajectory and shooting score curve of different basketball players to provide an effective basis for the improvement of basketball players’ training technology. After using the core strength training method for basketball teaching, the indexes of basketball special skills of the experimental group after the experiment were better than those before the experiment (P<0.05), and other indexes were better than those of the control group except for the fixed-point shooting (P<0.05).
