Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, its application in the field of education management is becoming more and more extensive, which has a far-reaching impact on enhancing the effectiveness of education management. This paper briefly summarizes the development of educational management in colleges and universities under information technology, and describes in detail the application of information technology in the teaching of teachers and students, teaching and research, as well as management in the classroom. Using the hierarchical analysis method, it constructs an evaluation system of information technology in teaching management and carries out teaching experiments to comprehensively judge the effectiveness of information technology-based teaching management in School A by means of a fuzzy algorithm. The educational management program at School A, which integrates information technology, has achieved a remarkable score of 97.654, reflecting its high standards and effectiveness as per the established evaluation criteria. Information technology can optimize the effectiveness of educational management in the classroom in terms of the facets of teacher-student communication as well as the manner and extent of teacher-student communication. The posterior side scores of the experimental class ranged from 60 to 90 and the average scores were significantly higher than those of the control class.
