Abstract

Aiming at the increasing mental health problems faced by college students and their tendency to seek psychological counseling online, this paper focuses on the application of combining college mental health work with artificial intelligence models. Firstly, we analyze the construction points of the mental health dialogue model and choose the Rasa dialogue system framework as the basic framework of the model. Then use the recapitulation generation model 4SPG algorithm to develop and optimize the text recapitulation generation technology of the model. At the same time, the UniLM model and the Copy mechanism are combined to achieve a high degree of empathetic response generation in the model, thus constructing a psychological dialogue model based on artificial intelligence technology (UniLM-Copy model). In the mental health application experiment of this model in a college student, the average anxiety score of the student is only 15.9 after the experiment, which is reduced by 3.0 compared with the preexperiment, which verifies the excellent psychological counseling effect of this model on college students.
