Abstract

Discipline competition is an important carrier to cultivate college students' innovative spirit, practical ability and teamwork spirit. Aiming at the problems existing in the selection, training and management of discipline competition, this paper explores and practices an effective discipline competition management mode based on the three core concepts of the Sydney agreement. Focusing on cultivating students' professional comprehensive ability, explore the talent selection and echelon training mode of sustainable development, build trinity competition training system of "course-project-competition", establish competition effectiveness evaluation system based on AHP, form "double closed loop" feedback and realize "double cycle" drive, promote the continuous improvement of the whole process of competition organization and management, and effectively improve discipline competition and talent training.
