Abstract
In order to effectively evaluate the level of logistics development under the new quality productivity, the logistics evaluation index system under the new quality productivity was proposed from five dimensions and 14 indicators, and the new logistics quality productivity in the decade from 2012 to 2021 was evaluated through the improved VIKOR model of three-dimensional space measurement, and the differences between logistics development and green logistics development were analyzed by adding the comparison of traditional evaluation index results
