Economic benefit is the basic starting point of all economic activities that further developing financial advantages is helpful for improve the market seriousness of companies. The development of enterprises lessens work utilisation and acquires greatest advantages with the base speculation. Therefore, in this paper, the evaluation indices of economic benefit in enterprises are classified and the analysis model of economic benefit based on K-means clustering is established. According to the principal component analysis method, multi-dimensional analysis is conducted on X Company’s orders, income and expenditure data, loan amount and other aspects, which can help the senior leaders to scientifically manage and control the economic situation of the company, and make a better scientific forecast for future development.
