Abstract

In this paper, a legal dispute mediation game model is constructed based on fractal theory, characterized by self-similarity properties in disputes. Secondly, the legal dispute evolution game model is constructed, the dynamic differential equation of frequency or frequency is used, and an adaptive degree dispute evolution stabilization strategy (ESS) is proposed according to the evolution principle. Finally, the simulation and analysis of the dispute evolution game model are carried out with the medical-patient dispute as an example. The results show that when D0 takes the values of 2 and 4, the two sides of the doctor-patient dispute will rapidly gather toward the challenge and form a vicious evolutionary trend. The study of this paper helps to understand the evolutionary process of legal disputes better and provides a reference for resolving disputes.
