Three-whole-education leading ideological and political education collaborative education has become an important means of moral education in the new era, which is explored in this paper. In the paper, after measuring the comprehensive index of the coordinated development of college ideological education and three-whole-parenting through the entropy weight-Topsis method, the gray correlation analysis method and the coupled coordination model are used to explore the coordinated development degree of college ideological education and three-whole-parenting concept. In addition, the relevant data were screened, and the level of coordinated development between the two was explored with empirical evidence, on the basis of which the BVAR model of Civic and Political Education and Three-Whole Parenting Concepts was constructed to explore the coordinated development mechanism of the two. The results show that among the 108 correlation values of Civic and Political Education and Three-Whole Parenting, there are 94 values ranging from (0,0.65] presenting medium correlation, and the coupling coordination degree is around 0.7, and the two are at the level of high-quality, coordinated development. The influence of the two mutual impulse responses is positive and converges after reaching the peak value of 200 and 250, respectively, in the second period, with the effect of mutual influence.
