Abstract

Good data security management is the foundation and prerequisite for data-enabled higher education and improving the modernized governance capacity and governance level of higher education. Accordingly, the study proposes a data security management system based on a blockchain scenario as a data security operation strategy for higher education administration. The FAHP-FCE model for evaluating the level of data security is constructed based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The system of this paper is applied to University Z for administrative data security operation and comprehensive evaluation. The comprehensive evaluation score of administrative data security management of the university is 82.542, and the evaluation result is five levels, which is good, and verifies that the data security management system based on blockchain technology can manage the administrative data of the university securely.
