Abstract

The development of labor education in colleges and universities should be linked with the development of society and follow the footsteps of the changing social digital era. This paper provides a theoretical basis for constructing an evaluation system of labor education by elaborating on the new era of labor education. According to the relevant literature and policy documents, the evaluation index system is initially formulated, and the Delphi method is used to revise and improve the initially selected evaluation index system, finally completing the construction of the evaluation index system of labor education. Combining the hierarchical analysis algorithm and fuzzy evaluation model, labor education in colleges and universities is evaluated. The selected evaluation indexes satisfy the criteria of expert opinion concentration (>3.5) and coefficient of variation (<0.25). The weights of the indicators were determined according to the acquired data, and the comprehensive evaluation results of labor education in 985 211 undergraduate colleges were calculated to be excellent grades. The evaluation and analysis results propose three labor education strategies: top-level education design, curriculum operation mechanism, and guarantee mechanism.
