Abstract

This paper integrates the historical information related to the four rural study halls at the historical material level to understand and deeply explore their value characteristics. Based on this, we sort out the influencing factors of the conservation effect of the rural study halls, sort out the influencing factors of the conservation effect of the rural study halls through principal component analysis and the CHAID model and explain the various factors affecting the conservation effect and their interrelationships through statistical analysis. According to the empirical results, the revitalization strategy is introduced to provide suggestions for the development of rural bookstores. The historical value of the village academy is the most important value element in the comprehensive value comparison, with a high rating of over 1.2 points, followed by the cultural value. The factors affecting the protection effect are sorted out. The final model reflects the problem in which the survival environment dimension is negatively affected overall (-0.004). The cultural places related to the rural academy should be repaired and built in addition, on the basis of which various activities are guaranteed to be carried out on a regular basis. In terms of government support (0.351) and inheritor protection (0.173), the current initiatives have certain positive effects.
