Abstract

Wisdom party building is a major innovation project adapted to the development requirements of the information society and the law of development of higher education, a realistic embodiment of the party’s construction with the times, and shoulders the important task of realizing the development of party building wisdom and systematic construction. This study combines party building with concept analysis, empirical research, and practical exploration, and utilizes a distributed resource management optimization algorithm to ensure the most efficient allocation of party-building resources. The system designs an intelligent platform for building information about parties, which specifically includes three main modules: content recommendation, party newsletter management, and party affairs management. Finally, the quality and efficiency assessment index system of the intelligent party building platform is constructed. The fuzzy comprehensive judgment method is selected for assessment, and the adjacent superiority method is used to determine the weights. Combined with the actual situation, it is concluded that the maximum degree of affiliation of the intelligent party-building platform designed by the institute is 0.4741, which is in the third assessment level, i.e., it indicates that the intelligent party-building platform has better utility and educational effect, and it is a new level for promoting the party-building work.
