The development of digitalization has injected vigorous impetus into the innovation and transformation of traditional culture. After exploring the logical conventional culture mechanism digitization construction to promote commonwealth, the study makes relevant hypotheses. It establishes a regression model with traditional culture digitization construction as the independent variable and commonwealth development level as the dependent variable. Then, taking the assumption of conventional culture digitization in a certain region as an example, the hypotheses proposed in this paper are verified through the descriptive statistical analysis of the model, multiple commonality diagnosis and regression analysis, and then the innovative, practical ideas of traditional culture digitization construction for commonwealth are explored. After the regression model verification, the digital construction of conventional culture can enhance the development level of the commonwealth. Its dimensions have a significant positive impact on the level of personal income, personal consumption level, and employment opportunities with a level of at least 5%, among which the effect of the integration of traditional culture and tourism is the most prominent, with the coefficients of 0.637, 5.724 and 0.638, respectively.
