Abstract

China has a long history and unique cultural traditions, containing many rich wisdom and values. This paper focuses on cross-cultural communication within the Chinese cultural community and how to strengthen the discourse power of Chinese culture in the context of global business. Global principal component analysis and spatial econometric modeling are used to analyze the impact of cross-cultural communication on China’s export trade, highlighting the importance of cross-cultural communication in China and global economic development. The cross-cultural communication platform is constructed based on Vue.js and Koa framework, and the merchandise purchase module is developed to meet the needs of the development of the global business environment. The spatial Durbin model is identified as the optimal model that can be selected in this paper by LM, Hausman, LR, and Wald tests. Based on the SDM model, the results of the spatial effect decomposition of the impact of cross-cultural communication on China’s export trade are given, in which the core explanatory variable cross-cultural communication is significantly positive in all three effects, and the direct and indirect effects of the cross-cultural communication variables pass the test at the 5% significant level. By analyzing the application effect of the cross-cultural communication platform in this paper, the significant role of the platform in promoting cross-cultural communication between China and foreign countries is fully demonstrated.
