Abstract

Higher vocational faculty construction is an important means for higher vocational colleges and universities to enhance their influence and innovate talent cultivation methods. This paper applies digital technology to the process of higher vocational teacher construction, innovates the path of higher vocational teacher team construction, and optimises the strategy of higher vocational teacher construction based on the three-pendulum coupling model. The evaluation index system for higher vocational teacher construction is constructed using hierarchical analysis, and each index in the system is empowered using the eigenvector method. Collect data on teacher construction in higher vocational colleges through questionnaire surveys and analyze the effects of teacher construction in higher vocational colleges through the weight calculation and consistency test of the evaluation system. Based on student satisfaction, we explore the effect of higher vocational teacher construction empowered by digital technology in this paper and use the resultant data to demonstrate the effectiveness and scientificity of the strategy in this paper. Teacher recruitment has the highest weight of 0.256, which has a significant impact on the building of higher vocational faculty. Students’ satisfaction with lecturers and professional competence in relation to higher vocational faculty buildings is above 80%, which fully demonstrates the positive effects of higher vocational faculty buildings based on the strategy discussed in this paper.
