Abstract

The music culture of the Central Plains is one of the very distinctive and representative national music cultures, and exploring the impact of cultural self-confidence on its dissemination helps to better propose development strategies. According to the construction principle, this paper determines the evaluation index system for the level of cultural self-confidence in music culture in the Central Plains, and a total of 30 evaluation indexes are selected. A multivariate logistic model is constructed to analyze influencing factors by incorporating relevant variable indicators into the statistical analysis. Based on the preliminary interpretation of the indicators, four research hypotheses on cultural self-confidence, communication, and exchange of music culture in the Central Plains are proposed. Sample screening is conducted for the primary audiences of music culture in the Central Plains, and valid data are collected, tested, and correlated. The results show that the overall cultural confidence of the sample is moderately high, with the mean values of the indicators ranging from 3.4086 to 4.0229, 3.1922 to 4.0282, 3.5224 to 3.9935, and 3.3414 to 3.9225, respectively. The multivariate logistic regression coefficient for confidence in the music culture of the Central Plains’ ability to communicate and disseminate is 1.3521, showing a significant positive correlation at the 0.01 level.
