Abstract

This paper puts forward an innovative approach to the service education system of higher vocational colleges and universities and constructs a “four-work synergy” service education system from four aspects: integration, construction, revitalization, and innovation. Using the war strategy optimization algorithm, the “four-work synergy” service education system is optimized and adjusted. An artificial neural network-based quality assessment model for the “four-industry synergy” education service was established, and the model was applied in practice to measure the quality of the education service of the research subjects. The students were satisfied with their impression of the school, the value of the school services, and the importance of their work, all of which were above three points. The six dimensions of the quality of educational services of the research object P high school statistics, including the highest mean score of 3.6496 for assurance, except for tangible and empathy, the other three dimensions of the mean value is similar, the distribution range is between 3.3-3.5. A pre-and post-test experiment was designed to examine the effect of the “four-work synergy” educational service on the improvement of students’ professional skills. During the pre-and post-tests, it was revealed that the average score for students’ professional skills increased by 6.0587 points, while the overall passing rate increased by 17.83%. Through the independent sample t-test, it is further found that t=-4.679, sig=0.000, there is a significant difference between the pre-and post-test data, which shows that the “four-worker cooperative” service education proposed in this paper has a positive effect.
