In the paper, the new multiplier transformations Jδ(κ, λ, µ, l) (cid:0) 0 < κ ≤ 1, δ, l ≥ 0, λ ≥ µ ≥ 0; p p ∈ N(cid:1) of multivalent functions is defined. Making use of the operator Bδ p,κ (cid:0)λ, µ, l (cid:1) two new subclasses Pδ (A, B; σ, p) and P(cid:101)δ (A, B; σ, p) of multivalent analytic functions are introduced and investigated in κ,λ,µ,l κ,λ,µ,l the open unit disk. Some interesting relations and characteristics such as neighborhoods, partial sums and quasi-convolution properties of functions belonging to each of these subclasses Pδ (A, B; σ, p) and κ,λ,µ,l P(cid:101)δ (A, B; σ, p) are investigated.
