Near Soft Topological Groups Based on Near Soft Element

In this article, we introduce the concept of the near soft element and define the near soft group using near soft element with binary operation in the whole set non-empty near soft elements of a dedicated near soft set. In addition, the concepts of topology and continuity of the near soft group are mentioned. The concept of near soft topological group was created with the help of continuous transformations defined on the near soft group. Finally, an example is given for the concept of near soft topological group.
