Abstract

With the advancement and development of Internet information technology and educational reform, the analysis and utilization of educational data is also becoming more and more widespread in front-line teaching. Data analysis technology has become a new driving force for updating the concept of education, changing the mode of education and improving the quality of education, and it also injects new power for the adjustment of physical education teaching content. This paper utilizes data analysis technology combined with the concept of accurate teaching and the needs of physical education teaching to construct a strategy for accurate adjustment of physical education teaching content based on data analysis technology. Through the practice of precision teaching of physical education based on data analysis in this paper, the speed, endurance, flexibility, and strength qualities of the students in the experimental class improved by 3.1, 4.3, 3.07 and 6.57 points, respectively, compared with the control class after the test, and the p is less than 0.05, which is a significant difference. The precise adjustment of physical education teaching content can effectively improve students’ physical fitness, and the effect of improving students’ qualities such as speed, endurance, flexibility and strength is much higher than that of conventional physical education teaching for the physical.
