Abstract

The era of big data brings opportunities and challenges to the innovation of higher education management and student training, and exploring the integration and innovation model of the two will contribute to the development of current higher education. This study builds a fusion innovation model of higher education management and student training mechanisms based on big data analysis in the context of "Internet+."We come up with evaluation criteria for how well the integration innovation model is being put into action, suggest a way to do the evaluation after using the Delphi method to figure out the weights of the criteria, and use a survey questionnaire to find out how satisfied students are with the implementation of the integration innovation model for higher education management and student development. These results show that the assessment scores for the integration innovation model’s implementation effectiveness in all four colleges and universities are higher than the average value of 3 points. This means that the model’s implementation effectiveness is high across all four types of colleges and universities. In addition, the overall satisfaction of college students with the implementation of the model is at a relatively satisfactory level, and there is no significant difference in the satisfaction of different types of students with the implementation of the integration innovation model. The integration innovation model proposed in this paper helps colleges and universities to effectively carry out educational management and provides an effective path for cultivating students’ excellent moral character, ideological behavior, and noble spiritual direction toward beauty.
