Abstract

Based on the wide application of deep learning in various fields, this paper introduces it into the field of education, and integrates the deep learning model into the Civic and Political Education in colleges and universities. Through the association between red culture and civic and political education, the recommendation technology based on deep learning algorithms is utilized to recommend red cultural resources. On this basis, the mutual integration of red culture and ideological education in colleges and universities is promoted, and the path of red culture ideological education based on deep learning is proposed. Through the hierarchical analysis method, the evaluation index system of ideological education is constructed and empowered, which is applied to the path of ideological education in this paper to get the evaluation of the path of ideological education proposed in this paper, and the nurturing effect of the path of ideological education in this paper is examined by comparing the changes in ideological literacy before and after the experiment of the experimental group and the control group. The overall score of the red culture ideological and political education path based on deep learning in this paper is 4.54 points, which receives a high evaluation. There was no significant difference between the civic and political literacy of the experimental and control groups before the experiment. After the experiment, there is a significant difference between the two groups, and the experimental group scores higher than the control group on all indicators of civic and political literacy, and the difference between the scores of each dimension is more than 5 points. The experimental group’s scores on the indicators related to Civic and Political Literacy were significantly improved after the experiment, with p-values less than 0.05. The control group basically remained the same, with p-values greater than 0.05. This paper’s Civic and Political Education Pathway based on Deep Learning has a positive effect on improving students’ Civic and Political Literacy.
