In the English online independent learning environment, massive information, relatively unfamiliar learning media, and an open learning environment bring certain interference to students’ learning, and the strength of learning motivation will directly affect the effect of online independent learning. This paper utilizes structural equation modeling to explore the influencing factors of English learning motivation and their effects in the online English environment and dynamically adjusts the motivation mechanism through real-time monitoring and feedback of online English learning. At the same time, the method of independent sample t-test is applied to verify the actual impact of the mechanism in this paper on motivation for learning. Learning interest has a negative and highly significant effect on learning anxiety and learning anxiety on self-efficacy, while learning interest has a positive and highly significant effect on self-efficacy and self-efficacy motivation (P<0.001), and learning interest and learning anxiety indirectly affect motivation through the mediating path. There is a highly significant difference (P0.05), but after the experiment, it is significant (P<0.05). This paper suggests that the learning motivation mechanism enhances the learning motivation of the experimental group, leading to an improvement in their comprehensive English scores.
